What would an animated character be without his/her/its voice? Besides mute, I mean. The voice is as important to creating a memorable character as any other part of the animation art.

They are divided into two groups ~ those who are primarily voice actors, and those who are primarily live actors who have voiced characters ~ and then listed in alphabetical order, because it's impossible to choose a way of listing them by talent or popularity. (Why do I separate the two? Well, because as much as I respect the live actors, I believe that, on this page, special tribute should be paid to those whose work is primarily in VA, the ones don't get the fame and who labor almost unnoticed to give voice to our characters.)

Thank you for giving our favorite characters personality. Without voice actors its doubtful that animation would never have existed. Characters can be wise, funny, heroic, sneaky, all because of you. Don't see your favorites in the Hall of Fame yet? Nominate them by sending an email to animatedlust@gmail.com and putting "Voice Actors Hall of Fame" in the subject line. Be sure to include what they voiced (at least a sample), or it won't count! (For actors with a lot of credits, put one or two samples and then something like "and lots more" or whatever.)
