A Kids WB short-lived musical variety TV show that does good-natured spoofs of all sorts of moments upon the history of the world, whether it's for the Days of the Dinosaurs or all the way to events that happened in the last century. It may be "edutainment" but it does make a great effort in making a satirical view of history. (Not too mention on how it also spoofs things like Censorship in different ways, and it also likes to poke some fun upon Warner Brothers, too.)
The plot & characterization may seem too underdeveloped to put in a threadbare variety show. But characterization is actually existent whether it's among rambunctious folk like "Loud Kiddington" or more subtle & quiet ones like "Charity Bazaar". (And speaking of her, this is one of the few shows that the blond little girl isn't a brat or way too saccharine.) And while it may not seem like it, the various characters in the show have received development one way or the other.
While it may seem cliched on how it does its comedy (the obviously fake celebrity impersanations), not all of the skits are there for comic purposes. There are some skits which are more straight-forward showings of certain events. (Like how they accurately potray Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech for one example, despite having some "scat" humor at first.) The show even has tried to handle controversial subjects like cloning after Froggo has read William Blake's "Little Lamb". So this show has fulfilled its areas of comedy to fully accurate history. This is why this short-lived show is now on the list of "The Most Underrated Animated TV Shows".

List of Characters:
(The Kids)
Loud Kiddington- A young loud boy who is always quite willing to annoy historical figures & his fellow cast members with its with his trademark yelling or his put-downs.
Voiced by: Cody Ruegger
Froggo- A odd short, stout little Fred Durst-like cap-wearing boy who is a bit of a mystery since he has no last name, catch phrase and despite on how he can be just as rowdy as his louder friends he has quite a more "mature & adult" mind.
Voiced by: Nathan Ruegger
Charity Bazaar- An even more mysterious little girl who is consistently saying that she is "not happy". This moody little woman was once a jab at the "Moody Generation-X Teen" demograph and seems an awful lot like Daria Morgenduffer of "Daria".
Voiced by: Laraine Newman
Aka Pella- She may seem like a "sassy black girl stereotype" but this little missy is perfectly capable of handling her own. She may not constantly yell but she makes herself as very good competiton for Loud when it comes to put-downs.
Voiced by: Cree Summer
Lucky Bob- A dim stout blond-haired boy with a wee bit of an overbite. How is the consistent companion of Cho-cho (see below). And while he may seem like a walking "retard" joke his voice is actually more reminiscent of Ed McMahon. (And I'm sure they're not calling Ed McMahon a big dummy, though I could be wrong.)
Voiced by: Jeff Benett
Cho-Cho- This short-haired brunette asian-like woman may seem like a stereotype but she is more of a nuisance to certain Historical celebrities with Lucky Bob by selling them stuff like Magazines to Potato Chips.
Voice by: Tress MacNeille
Toast- This tall teenaged blonde boy is always proud to wear his blue cap, rock out to some rock & roll, and likes to ask historical celebrities "if he cares". (Before he launches them to the next zipcode.) Is he a "half-baked surfer teen" stereotype? He probably is but at least he is a funny one.
Voice by: Tres MacNeille
Pepper- A hyperactive red-haired teenage girl who loves to get autographs from historical celebrites, even though she always mistakes them for pop-culture celebs. (Like how she confused Teddy Roosevelt with Winnie the Pooh.)
Voice by: Tress MacNeille
Pule Houser- He may have less screen time than Charity Bazaar but he is more whiny & wimpy than mysterious. This chubby boy is either whining about his petty "hardships" or about to puke all over.
Voice by: Frank Welker
Susanna Susquahanna- Perhaps the least-known member of the Kid Chorus (being prominently featured in only three sketches), this beady-eyed Native American girl has a large gap between her front teeth, which gives her a lisp that makes it difficult for her to say even her own name properly.
Voice by: Tress MacNeill
Big Fat Baby- Consistent companion to Father Time (which I'll get to later). And there are actually two versions of BFB, a male one an a female one. Though they regularly use BFB to milk out all the common "bodily humor" jokes they sometimes use BFB to potray the people of certain events like the theft of the Crown Jewel's in England during the 1800's.
Voice by: Luke Ruegger
(The "Senior" Cast members)
Father Time- Ever heard of the old picture of and old man chasing a baby with a sickle? Well take a guess where Father Time and BFB are a reference of? But this "host" of the show does a great amount of work on the show even though he consistently gets bothered by the kids.
Voice by: Frank Welker
World's Oldest Woman- Nobody knows whether she truly lives up to her title but she "has been around" during many of the moments in history. Though she usually tries to hit on Bill Straightman (whom I'll get to later.)
Voice by: Tress MacNeile
("Not-so-senior" cast members.)
Nostradamus- Yes the very french philosopher himself is the "historical figure" that is actually a part of the cast. While this Paul Rugg-voiced version regularly does Jerry Lewis impersanations.
Voice by: Paul Rugg
Bill Straightman- He is of course obviously lives up to the title of his last name. But he of course has his fair share of work on the show while isn't being harassed by World's Oldest Woman.
Voice by: James Wickline
Miss Information- Air-headed Barbie Doll-bodied Tour Guide to History. She is known for comically mixing up info and who knows whether she is really that dense or whether its just an act.
Voice by: Laraine Newman
Chit Chatterson- Economically driven salesman that tries to sell his merhandise no matter what. He was disign as a spoof of desperate "morally challenghed" salesmen everywhere.
Voice by: Billy West
Mr. Smartypants- A smart well-mannered man who either has no mid-body or he is doing something else as we only see his head and his arms. He is a nice man though his "risque" attempts at teaching history bug the network censor, Lydia Karioke.
Voice by: Rob Paulsen
Sammy Melman- This guy is basically a spoof of desperate smarmy "morally-challenghed" TV executives, namely WB. This blond, blue power-suit wearing man can be just as much of a nuisance as the kids can be.
Voice by: Rob Paulsen
Lydia Karioke- They on a VERY regular basis use her as a spoof of all prudish shrewd censors everywhere. (Whether its for on the basis on religion, profanity, violence and vulgarity.) How there are a few moments in the series where this short-haired brunette woman gets to have some fun on her own.
Voice by: Nora Dunn
(Misc. Characters)
Fetch- Loud Kiddington's faithful talking dog whom appears to either be a mutt, a somewhat small golden lab or some sort of a mixed breed. And of course he can be as much of a nuisance as his master.
Voice by: Frank Welker(images and an added character by Nintendomax)
