This show is really cool and it's not getting enough attention. I was first drawn to "Cubix" because of its look: vibrant CGI that's theatrical-quality. It's not too realistic like many fallen CGI shows (Action Man, Max Steel), but not off-the-wall cartoony. It has a sort of animé-like style, making it confused for a dub. I absolutely love the way this show is animated. Bubbletown does seem like a city of the future. I remember my dad saying "Even the clouds on this show look neat" one morning when I sat watching the show. (On a Saturday morning, when there's new Cubix episodes, I refuse to sleep in!)
The storyline itself is interesting. Meet prodigious thirteen-year-old, Connor, a typical robot fanatic. Since his dad Graham despises them for their kinks, he'd never think he would end up living in the robot capital of the world, Bubbletown, the home of the world's leading robot manufacturer, RobixCorp. Anyone who's anybody owns a RobixCorp robot. Connor makes friends with the city's robot gang, the Botties, and gains a non-human friend, Cubix, who has the amazing ability to change into all sorts of things: cars, drills, airplanes, the list goes on and on. But lurking in the city's shadows is Dr. K, a bizarre little man whose only goal is to get the Solex, a little-known liquid that gives robots endless power, from the city's robots. These aren't your ordinary machines; the RobixCorp robots have an EPU (Emotion Processing Unit) allowing them to have feelings for themselves. Unlike the typical robot 'toon, these characters are as human-like as can be, not your simple mindless android. One thing I enjoy are the robots' various accents, such as the British Attractix, "Cannit". I just enjoy his shouts of "Blimey!" Cannit just loves to sing (giving him the devious honor of "Cannit"), so I take he's a parody of one the of Beatles ^_^.
If you follow the Pokémon series, the voice actors will sound very familiar. Such as Veronica Taylor (Ash, Delia Ketchum), who plays Abby and the incredibly high-pitched Pestixside, and Eric Stuart (Brock, James) playing Dondon (by far, the cutest little robot I've ever seen!), Disposix, Dr. K's mystery-shrouded alien leader, and various other characters.

Characters:
Cubix-the hero of the series, who is Connor's best "non-human" friend and Dr. K's worst enemy.
Connor-a kind thirteen-year-old boy who thinks about nothing but robots, robots, robots.
Abby-Connor's spunky best friend and next-door neighbor. She loves robots about has much as she does!
Dondon-Abby's adorable pet robot with a mind and playful personality like a little kid.
Mong-the glutton of the series, who relates everything to food and eating. (He considers a dozen donuts a diet!)
Maximix-Originally given to Mong as an exercise robot, he was later revamped to be a buggy. Maximix is sort of Cubix's "right-hand bot", who will help fight Dr. K's baddies when needed.
Chip-the youngest of the Botties at age ten, Chip is the one called on when things need to be thought out since he's the prodigious smart one.
Cerebrix-a computer on legs. He can help solve a mystery, break a code and even jump rope!
Hela-the adult member of the Botties, she always looks out for her younger comrades. She advises them not to get into danger, but if a robot's in trouble, the Botties just ignore her warning and go off.
Dr. K-the villian mastermind of the series. He will stop at nothing for the Solex he desires, even if it invovles wrecking the town. He gives not the slightest bit of sympathy for the robots he tortures.
