This King Feature's cartoon is about a silly, good-looking detective who saves the world from the dangerous villains. His name is Cool McCool. Bob Kane (Batman's creator) created a comedy agent in 1966. And also, in Cool McCool cartoons, there is a segment cartoon called "Harry McCool."

Main Characters:
Cool
McCool - Cool McCool is an agent, who works at headquarter,
with his chief, Number One. He has a talking mustache phone
on his face and have a car called the "Cool Mobile." Not to
mention weapons and gadgets from Riggs. Cool always captures
these crooks, like Hurricane Harry, The Owl, Dr. Mad Cap, Gretta
Ghoul, Jack-In-The-Box and The Rattler. But mostly, his car
does all of the work, only when Cool is in trouble.
Number
One - Number One is Cool's boss, he always sitting on his chair.
Number One call's Cool from his phone to Cool's mustache phone.
He always has a temper tantrum when Cool mess up things real bad.
To punish him, Number one presses the ejection button, to make
Cool leave the building.
Friday -
Friday is the secretary of headquarters. She has a crush on Cool
because he's always saving the world. Sometimes, Fridays gives
Cool kisses and hugs.
Riggs -
Riggs is the handy man, which he makes these great inventions.
When Number One calls him into his office, Riggs give Cool some
weapons and disguises.
Breezy -
Breezy is Cool's assistant. (I don't know if he's Cool's brother
or friend. But I do know that he's a sidekick.) Breezy wears the
same clothing, except Cool doesn't wear a hat like Breezy's. Sometimes
Breezy comes to help Cool with his missions once in a while.
The Villains - who wants to take over the world and destroyed
Cool McCool
Hurricane
Harry - Hurricane Harry or "Harry" for short; is the fattest
villain who can make a huge hurricane. It's Harry's secret weapon
to use against his foe: Cool McCool. And sometimes he might have
a gun.
The
Owl - The Owl is the villain who's spends a lot times with
owls and the rest of the birds in the world. He has two owls on
his shoulders, so he can fly away. Owl loves the darkness, but
he does come out at light also; and he's very smart too.
Dr.
Mad Cap - Dr. Map Cap is the brainy-cap-doctor. He has a lot
of hats for weapons and wears them. Mad Cap uses hats for robbing
banks and jewels for himself and his lovely assistant Gretta Ghoul.
He wants to destroy Cool for good, by putting a brainwashing hat
and telling him what to do; or put a bomb in the hat on Cool's
head; or whatever he wants to do with him.
Gretta
Ghoul - Gretta Ghoul is Dr. Mad Cap's lovely assistant, who's
the only villain woman with green hair. Wherever Mad Cap goes to
do crimes, Gretta goes along him. She's not only an evil sidekick
to Mad Cap, but she's also Mad Cap's ---- girlfriend. Why, because
he brings jewels and gold to Gretta, it always makes her happy.
She loves Mad Cap for getting her things.
Jack-In-The-Box -
Jack-In-The-Box is the evil jester, who's around in boxes. He has
spring-boots to get away. Jack-In-The-Box is real good with rhymes
and poetry. When he captures Cool, the Cool Mobile comes to Cool's
aid, which is Jack-In-The-Box's fear.
The
Rattler - The Rattler is the sneaky-snake villain, who can
talks talk to trees, bushes, flowers and many other plants of the
world. When Rattler wants to travel and steal gold or anything
else, he uses his "Fang Mobile" (his car) to go around to places.
Even going underwater, climbing buildings or flying in the sky.
The Rattler has one weakness, which is "Snake Charmer Music." When
Cool wants to stop Rattler, he plays that music.
Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops - Part of Cool McCool
Harry
McCool - Harry McCool is the leader of the kops and he is Cool's
father. Harry has the same name like Hurricane Harry's, in Cool
McCool. He is also the older brother of Tom and Dick. And he does
make mistakes a lot, just like his future son.
Dick
McCool - Dick McCool is Harry's brother. He doesn't understand
his other brother Tom, so Dick always asks Harry what Tom says.
Tom
McCool - Tom McCool is the little brother of Harry and Dick.
He is a mumbling kop, who is always mumbling. Tom's brother Dick
can't understand him, but Tom's older brother Harry can.
Sgt. -
Sgt. Commands Tom, Dick and Harry to capture he criminals; and
sometimes he get temper tamdrum with his three men.

Cool McCool is my old time, best favorite cartoon in the world. I didn't saw
him on TV, but on videos only. They don't have him anymore on television, only
on videotapes. I have four tapes of Cool McCool. It's too bad that I never saw
all of the episodes. Sometimes I wish that Cool McCool were on TV again, instead
of finding videotapes of him. And why so I like Cool McCool so much? Because
I just do and beside that, Cool is also my favorite character. I don't know who's
my favorite character in Harry McCool? I thought it was just Harry and Tom, but
instead of just two, I decided it would be Tom, Dick and Harry. But if you want
to know about who is my favorite villain in Cool McCool that would be Jack-In-The-Box
and The Rattler. (giggling) When my mom was a child, she used to watch Cool McCool
on TV. Her favorite characters were Cool and The Rattler. I wish Cartoon Network
would bring all those cartoon back many of us have not seen them.
