AngelGidget's Harem

#1 Remy LeBeau aka Gambit [X-men] - I love his character in the X-men comic books, and it seemed to naturally follow that I should become attached to both of his television incarnations: X-men:The Animated Show & X-men: Evolution. The Evo version took a while to get used to, but he's still suave, still has a smooth as silk accented voice, and still has those gorgeous red-on-black eyes.

The others:

Legolas [Lord of the Rings] - One of my first cartoon crushes. In the animated version of Lord of the Rings, one can feel a little weighed down by the dark and earthy colors. Legolas stounds out like a ray of light among the lesser men, dwarves, and hobits.

Eric [The Little Mermaid] - The guy doesn't know what he wants: that nameless voice that rescued him from the storm? That sweet, red-headed, mute girl whose cute as a button and as curious as a kitten? Or that raven-haired witch with the deep-throated laugh? It isn't until he almost loses her that he realizes what he wants, and then he does his darndest to go after it. There's something cute about it all, and his good looks don't hurt either.

Derek [The Swan Princess I, II, & III] - "It's like...you know...and then...I mean, right?" Despite this lack of elequency, his vocabulary is greatly improved by the end of the first movie. And really, I liked him in all three of the Swan Princess flicks. Even though his voice actor changed, his character was pretty constant. Tough on his enemies, mindful of his mother, and incredibly loving towards his wife. He's a skilled archer and is granted gems of diologue like "Isn't it enough that I fight all the dragons?" (3rd movie) That, added to a sweet face, leaves little to be disliked.

Dimitri & Cale [Anastatia & Titan A.E.] - I classify these two together due to their similar appearances. I think that Cale might be decended from Dimitri or something. Both men posess adorable faces and tough attitudes. Dimitri is a rascal of a con-man and Cale is a reluctant hero and skilled mechanic. They also can make me laugh, not necessarily by what they do, but by what others do to them.

Garrett [Quest For Camelot] - "Be quiet." "Why? Did you hear something?" "No, I just want you to be quiet." With lines like those, an endearing voice, as a song like 'I Stand Alone', I've managed to become quite attached to this blind hermit. Also, he's the only blind hero I've ever encountered other than Daredevil. He creates a wonderful balance to his love interest, Kaylee, and has a nice look to him, even though he can't look into a mirror to enjoy it. "Oh! I didn't realize you were..." "Tall? Rugged? Handsome?" "Blind." "You know, I *always* forget that one." (Boy's got a sense of humor, too.)

Philip [Sleeping Beauty] - One think I found incredibly annoying about Disney's earliest full-length films, was that the Princes had no personality. (i.e. Snow White's sweetheart & Cinderella's Prince Charming) Philip, however, proves to be an exception. While also providing the man needed to sweep Aurora off her feet, he also displays humorous relationships with his father and his horse. He shows how people can love and disagree with someone at the same time, and can also manage to be delightfully love-struck. Beloved line? "No carrots."

Cornelius [Thumbelina] - One scene is reason enough to love him. He doesn't reveal his identity, but tells Thumbelina that he is a member of the fairy court. She aks him to describe the prince. Of course, acording to Cornelius' description, he is strong, handsome, charming...yada yada yada. And who is this wonderous prince? Why, Cornelius of course! Another reason I like him is his size. Imagine: you could carry a cute fairy like him in your pocket and no one would be the wiser.

Tarzan [Tarzan] - Don't really like his hair, but do like his personality. He's child-like and curious, with some leadership capabilities. He doesn't always understand what's going on, but at least the dear heart tries.

Beast [Beauty & The Beast] - Actually, I like his human form. And even with that one line ("Belle, it's me!") he still presents a drool-worthy voice. Also, even though most people like Beast in his furry form, I can't help thinking that this version is more kissable. You'll notice that Belle didn't try until after he'd reverted to human form.

Boys of XM:E [X-men:Evolution] - I don't really wanna take the space to go over them individually, and they're all from the same show anyway. So why are these particular ones here? St. John (Pyro), because he's a gleeful little maniac; Scott (Cyclops), because he's so cute when he's confused; Alex (Havok), because I *like* the young surfer dude; Bobby (Iceman), because of his cute face put together with his sense of humor; Warren (Angel), because he's..well...an angel and I like the wings; Lance (Avalanche), 'cause he's rebelious and it's fun to watch him drool over Kitty Pryde; & finally, Kurt (Nightcrawler) because of his wonderful sense of humor.
