New Orleans – The 18th Century

The devil cat Red, and his wife, Belladonna had destroyed the big church in New Orleans under the fight with the young angel, the Whippet dog Annabelle, and that's why we see the church ruin in the first All Dogs Go To Heaven movie.

As Red and Belladonna lost the fight, and got send back to where they belonged, did Red and Belladonna go each of their way, Red disguised himself as a dog, and moved to San Fransisco, and Belladonna chose to stay in New Orleans.

New Orleans – The 1920'es

While the German Sphepered Charlie as a pup had ran away from his parents in one of San Franisco's poorest backyards, was the little girl Ann Marie one of those kids, who had been left behind of her parents, while they drove away without a word.

Charlie found a home, a new friend in the little dog Itchy Itchford, and a girlfriend called Flo in the ruined church, and in the meantime, did Ann Marie find a home in a big container by the racetrack, where she took out, and talked with her horse friends, with the help from her special strengths.

As the little street girl talked to animals, and stole food, or performed to get money to buy food, did Charlie and her friends also make street performances, and steel food to survive on the streets of New Orleans.

The famous and rich gangster dog Carface, was born in New Orleans, he owned a big nightclub boat, that lay in the harbor, and one day did Charlie and Carface got friends, as they met each other in the nightclub, as Charlie began to have his carrier as bartender.

While Carface's sidekick Killer caught Ann Marie on the street, and kept her as a prisoner down in the cellar of Carface's nightclub, did Carface make a plan about killing Charlie, as Charlie didn't pay Carface his dudes.
