This series of stories (only "The Hikaru Stories" are posted at AL, but there are many more) are a collaboration between myself, Zora and Sherrié. We each write about our own characters (Hikaru, Yuki and Moriko respectively), but within a "universe" we've agreed on, and there is a lot of overlap where we write about each other's characters, too. It's been great fun, and made even better by Zora's and Sherrié's wonderful art. Here are the characters, first mine, then Zora's, then Sherrié's ~

This is Hikaru, the main character from my "Hikaru Stories". Zora did a particularly good job of capturing her sweetly enigmatic smile and the porcelain quality of her skin.

This is Seijuro Hiko, Hikaru's love, a canon character from Rurouni Kenshin. I like to think Zora drew him, and drew him in this nice half-clad way, just for my pleasure.
These two pics are of Yuki Sasaki, Zora's own fanfic character, in a character study and with Kenshin. In our stories, Yuki is a close friend of Hikaru's and eventually marries Kenshin. They have two children, who are below.
This is Keitaro Himura, Kenshin and Yuki's younger child in the stories. As soon as I saw this pic, I knew I had to create a female character to match with him and write about him.
This is Mikiko Yoshida. She's Seijuro Hiko's great-niece and the character I created to match with Kei, and she has been a lot of fun.
This is Hitomi Himura, Kenshin and Yuki's first child. This happy expression isn't quite her normal one... she's actually a bit of a tiger. She's also very close to Hikaru.
This is Daisuke Fujita, the fictional youngest child of Hajime Saitoh and his wife Tokio. He's a character I created for Zora's character Hitomi, and as a character, he really belongs as much to Zora as to me.
These two pics are of Moriko Sagara, Sherrié's fanfic character, in a typical pose and with Saitoh. In the stories, Moriko later becomes a friend of Hikaru's, and Hikaru has a lot of influence on her son Kiyoshi.
These two pics are of Kiyoshi Sagara, Moriko's son by Hajime Saitoh. His getting into my harem is really what sparked this entire collaboration off!
This is a picture Sherrié did of Hikaru with a young Kiyoshi. Hikaru passed down her love of gardening to him beginning when he was just a baby.
