My family lived on an Air Force Base
Near the Salt Lake City Line
Mama let me get up early
To watch the Saturday toons each daytime
I'd watch those Smurfs, and The Littles
To see The Young Ones in action and see the Kidd Video Band
Then at night, we would go out to the Drive in
To see The Last Unicorn and Disney with their fans
Yes in High School and in College
I made many 'Toon friends along the way
Aladdin and Buzz did the movies one better
Gargoyles always won the day
I started surfing the Internet
And saw Animated fans, proud just like me, yeah
Then I fell upon the website Animated Lust for guys and gals-sas
It belonged to a woman from Texas near Dallas
I seen every cartoon situation
From Duckburg out to Elwood City
Met every villain and hero
Some were rough and some were very pretty
Like to get down with my friends
From Hollywood and Tokyo, Japan too
I'm a 2-D, C-G, multicolored
Graduate of Animated U!
These stars can burn forever
Because of the brightest fans that they know
Their lives will always be
Live forever we have shown
We'll still have 'Toons to see
And studios to bring 'em out and play 'em all day long
As long as there are animators with pencils and computers
With writers and actors that can speak and sing their songs
