I know a lot of people don't like Yzma as a villain, but personally I think she's one of the best. She's not a particularly threatening villain, more like a wannabe villain. Also, a lot of people don't like her character design, but I think it's excellent. It all comes down to her being a parody of former villains and she plays off of Kronk so well.
