Verminous Skumm is one of the Eco-Villains opposed by Captain Planet and the Planeteers, who symbolizes poor sanitation and urban sprawl. A seven-and-a-half foot tall humanoid rat, he declared war on humanity and the environment. He has hurt the environment by spreading sickness and disease, and humanity by introducing extremely potent drugs and spreading messages of hate. These are only a few of the actions done by him and his humanoid rat army.
