Tifa Lockheart knew Cloud Strife since childhood, and knows him best. In addition to being a powerful martial artist, Tifa helped Cloud regain his memories in the original Final Fantasy VII, and her continued devotion is one of the reasons Cloud chooses to continue to fight against Jenova and her Children in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. She appears in The Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, and has made cameos in other games as well.
