Sgt. Tibbs is an orange tabby cat who lives with the Colonel and the Captain in the country in Disney's 101 Dalmatians. When they hear the news that 101 Dalmatians were stolen, Tibbs sneaks into the old mansion and locates the missing puppies, then manages to sneak them out and back to the barn to his comrades and the puppies' parents.
