Steelbeak of Darkwing Duck is a handsome but sleazy rooster with a metal beak who is the top agent of the secret criminal organization, F.O.W.L (Fiendish Organization for World Larceny). He insults Darkwing Duck whenever possible.

This big rooster with an equally big ego manipulates the minds of Darkwing Duck and his pals. He is sleazy, manipulative, intelligent and RICH. He's got some of the CUTEST facial expressions and I love the way he struts about in that confident way.
Steelbeak is perhaps Darkwing Duck's most interesting character. He's smart, sarcastic and sleazy, a real chummy guy. This guy's has a unique accent and laugh and has some of the most adorable facial expressions! A fantastically developed character!

In the episode "Bearskin Thug": When he mentions the geyser errupting in ten minutes. Just the way he says "Old Reliable" (ooold reliiiiiiable) makes you think that he's thinking about something else and not some geyser (rrrrrrowl!)

In 'Tiff of the Titans' right after Darkwing says "Well at least you're getting enough fiber", the EGRET starts rocking. Because of that Steelbeak lands on the controls. Darkwing then lands on him. [snickers] Its WHERE Darkwing lands that is funny. Oooo, touchdown!
