Splatter Phoenix of Darkwing Duck is a female duck and one of Darkwing Duck's opponents. She is educated and artistic and an artist herself. In fact she considers herself the greatest artist of her time. She discovered colors that can really bring paintings to life. But since nobody is interested in her art, she leads a career as a master art thief to get money. She waits for the day the world will worship her.
