This Fruits Basket character is one of Tohru's two best friends. As a psychic, Saki has the ability to read other people's electrical currents and can sense auras and presences. This ability scares most people, especially since Saki is also a gothic. However, she cares for Tohru deeply and swore to help her friend after Tohru's mother died.

How did I meet Tohru? It was back when I moved into this school. I changed school because people claimed I did wrong at my old school. I have an electromagnetic 'power' that allows me to shock people, sense people's auras, and feel the waves. Uo and I have declared to protect Tohru after Kyoko passed away and we try to be there as much as we can. Of course, sometimes, our protection won't be needed, but I'll still try to give her some of my advice and comfort.
