Dr. Rhoda Dendron of Darkwing Duck is a female scientist of the Saint Canard University.

She was interested in the experiments of her colleague Dr. Reginald Bushroot as she was the only one who understood their importance. She was also the only one who treated the lonely biologist friendly and with some kidness rather than ignore him or tease him. Though she did it because she was feeling sorry for him Reginald mistook those as signs of affection for him. Reginald fell in love with this attractive, intelligent and educated woman. After Reginald's mutation Rhoda was scared by his appearance and this truly hurt his feelings. A madly-in-love Reginald abducted her and prepared to mutate her too in order for her to be his wife. Quite shocked by all this Rhoda was relieved when she was rescued by Darkwing Duck. The heart-broken Reginald moved on to a criminal career. It is unknown how Rhoda thinks of him. Rhoda continues her scientific career probably unaffected by her status as Reginald Bushroot's only love. As a note her last name "dendron" means "tree" in greek.
