Rachel is the little girl in the "Rhapsody In Blue" segment of Disney's Fantasia 2000. Her dream is to spend quality time with her Mom and Dad, but they're always in a hurry and instead get her all kinds of hobbies to keep her busy. In the end her dreams come true though.
