Mousetoria, the Mouse Queen of England, serves as the fulcrum of The Great Mouse Detective. Her kingdom is in grave danger when Professor Ratigan plans to kill her, but Basil of Baker Street saves her just in time.

Queen Mousetoria is one of the cool characters in TGMD. I even used to imagine her marrying Basil Of Baker Street, who is equally wonderful! I kinda like the way how she ties knots! (Especially on scoundrelly bats!)
