In the episode "Search for Survivors," (Buu Saga), the scene where Piccolo protects Goten and Trunks from Super Buu's self destruction blast by wrapping them up in his cape... its so cute and really show's Piccolo's softer side:
Also in "Search for Survivors," where Hercule says, "I give up. Angels, take me away!" and Piccolo suddenly swoops in and picks him up:
Hercule is being carried away by Piccolo and he says, "Angel of death! I take it back!!" There's something decidedly sexy about Piccolo being referred to as "angel of death!"
Another part of "Search for Survivors," when Piccolo is feeling foolish about not realizing how Dende escaped Buu, and he talks with his hands and drops Hercule from the sky all the way to the ground below! Its a silly moment... I love it!
Finally, the scene in "Search for Survivors" where Piccolo confesses to leaving the dragon radar "in his other pants." HA!!!
In the episode "He's Always Late," where Piccolo is seen napping in the tulips. The most adorable Piccolo moment ever! :
