Pepper is a cute, but VERY hyperactive and loud teen who's obssesion [and pretty much her whole life] is celebrities. Always with an autograph book and pen in tow, she bugs the heck out of famous historical people until they give her their signature, mainly so she'll go away. Then she realizes the person wasn't who she thought she was after all, something she realizes very often, like when she thought Eisenhower for Elmer Fudd, Confucius for Jackie Chan, and Tesla for Ally McBeal, for example. But she has her fans in the Histeria community nonetheless.
