Neptunia is a female fish that got mutated by chemicals. She started her own mission of vigilantism against those that pollute the sea. Her destruction of private property led her to face another vigilante, Darkwing Duck. She later joined his team of vigilantes called "Justice Ducks," though she is not a duck and her allies are not considered her friends.
