Max is Goofy's son in Goof Troop and A Goofy Movie. He's best friends with PJ, has a girlfriend Roxanne, and is the best skateboarder around.

My favorite scene from "A Goofy Movie" takes place at Lester's Possum Park. Max is waiting for Goofy and he says "My life's a living...", and this huge guy dressed up like a possum character (he's actually dressed as Lester) walks up and says, "HELLLLLOOOO little buddy! Who's your favorite possum??????" Max gives him this 'look' and states, "DON'T TOUCH ME." Lester moves around Max and asks, "Aw, why the long face? You look so sad... *crying noises* I KNOW! YOU NEED A BIIIIIIGGGG HUG FROM LESTER!" Max gets this freaked look on his face and starts to say "Don't even think about it!" And Lester grabs him and hugs him, with this grin, and says, "There! Now you feel ALLLLLL good inside!" At this, Max slaps Lester, causing the possum head to spin around backwards, and the guy inside can't see... He stumbles off and about 3 kids pounce on him and drag him off laughing.
