From Azumanga Daioh, Kamineko is a cat that hangs out in the neighborhood near Sakaki's home. As it's name implies, Kamineko is a dangerous cat, biting Sakaki every time she tries to pet him, and otherwise making her attempts to be friendly with him painful. At one point Kamineko even musters up a gang of neighborhood cats to "protect his territory".
