Ioz is the chauvinistic ex-pirate in the series The Pirates of Dark Water. He's not fond of monkeybirds, independent women, or doing the right thing, but he's rather fond of seeking out the treasures of rule as a means of pillaging along the way. Despite his harsh attitude, Ioz is actually quite caring, if not arrogant and protective of his crewmates.
