Herbert "Honker" Muddlefoot, Jr./Arrow Kid from Darkwing Duck is the son of Herbert "Herb" and Binkie Muddlefoot and younger brother of Tank Muddlefoot. He is also Darkwing Duck's next door neighbor and Gosalyn's best friend. Actually Gosalyn is the only friend of this 9 year-old boy genious, so he is devoted to her. When Gosalyn is acting as Quiverwing Quack he acts as her side-kick Arrow Kid. He is very intelligent, educated and good at making plans and estimating situations. He has been a valuable help for both Gosalyn and her dad in many of their adventures.
