Herbert "Herb" Muddlefoot of Darkwing Duck is the husband of Binkie and father of Tank and Herbert "Honker" ,Jr Muddlefoot. He is also the next door neighbour to Darkwing Duck. He was awarded in 1991 as the best Quackerware salesman of the decade. When he is not working, he is at home in front of the TV. He loves "Pelican's Island", or hanging with his friend Drake. Usually cheerful, he is oblivious to the fact that he really irritates Drake. He also knows nothing of the problems his kids have and hasn't got an idea about Drake's, Gosalyn's and Honker's secret identidies. He is trying to be a good father and friend, but apparently he is not very successful.
