Goanna

This colorful lizard appears briefly in Ferngully. A voracious carnivore, he considers Zak a "welcome little snack," and he nearly gets to eat the human before Crysta intervenes. Goanna releases Zak, remarking that any friend of the fairies is his friend, but he's not at all happy about losing his meal.

I always liked his song of "If I'm Gonna Eat Somebody, it Might as Well Be You". I always thought that was a cool song combined with Tony Loc's voice. Best part of the movie in my opinion.
