Foo Foo appears in the "Rhapsody in Blue" segment of Disney's Fantasia 2000. Foo Foo is Killjoy Margaret's dog, and a strange-looking one at that. Without the hanging tongue, it's hard to tell which one's the head and which one's the end, isn't it?
