The twins Delia and Deirdre Dennis, collectively known as Dee Dee, belonged to the Jokerz gang in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Don't let their cute, Raggedy-Ann looks fool you; they're agile acrobatics and can be vicious adversaries in a fight.
