One of the two main characters of the manga and OVA FAKE, Dee is a New York city cop who gets a new and very attractive partner, Ryo. Dee is brash, self-confident, loud, cocky, and often obnoxious, but he's got a soft and more serious side, which Ryo brings out. Dee pursues Ryo determinedly, and in the OVA, he arranges a vacation with Ryo for the sole purpose of "having his way with him." However, few of Dee's plans go as he hopes.
