Dale Chipmunk is Chip's brother and has been following his brother's decisions since 1943 when they first appeared. He has always been the least serious and most thoughtless and fun-loving member of their duo. Since he joined the Rescue Rangers, he has been the member of the team who never quits due to his optimistic nature. His main love interest is his team-mate Gadget Hackwrench. He feels uncertain when somebody seems actually interested in him because he is quite shy.
