Chuck is a vetern ESPN sportscaster in An Extremely Goofy Movie and is the main TV host of The ESPN/ESPN 2 College X-Games. He tends to be rather loud-mouthed and obnoxious, and doesn't really care about his co-host, Ken. At the end of the movie, his broadcasting blimp is hit due to an explosion, yet he keeps his "broadcasting" personna intact and continues dramatizing as the blimp spins off into the sky.
