Denzel Crocker is the principal of Timmy's school in The Fairly Odd Parents. He's obsessed with finding Wanda and Cosmo and is the only person who suspects Timmy has outside help from Fairy Godparents.

A correction ~ Mr. Crocker is simply Timmy's schoolteacher, not the principal of the school.
Ironically had Cosmo and Wanda as his fairy godparents in his youth.
Crocker was inspired by Eugene Levy's character in Disney's live-action mermaid movie "Splash", who was a scientist obsessed with proving that mermaids exist. He was originally created for a show that didn't get made, and later adapted for "The Fairly OddParents!"
