The Beret Girl is a college beatnik who hangs out at the local coffee shop, The Java Bean, in An Extremely Goofy Movie. She often recites poetry on stage at the coffee shop and she's full of deep, mystical wisdom. She befriends Max, PJ and Bobby when they drop by the Java Bean to check it out and eventually she starts dating PJ after he wins her affections with his own wisdom (much to Max and Bobby's shock).
