i think i'm a little strange, but totally harmless, so it's okay. i'm about six feet tall, curvy, with uncontrollable red hair and green eyes. some people have told me i look like Princess Fiona from Shrek, and i can kind of see it, but i'd have to lose a few more pounds. i keep to myself mostly, but i have a wonderful girlfriend (hi Sara! *waves* i know you're reading this!), and a few close friends that i get along with.

i develop temporary interests in a lot of things, forming deep bonds with the most random concepts and objects. these tend to pass, but a few things have stuck with me and i can safely say that i am obsessed with the following things
-chickens (like Ed from Ed Edd and Eddy)
-feminist/human rights issues
-animation in general (for individual movie/tv obsessions, just be patient, i'm getting to that)
-1950's rockabilly music
-cats
-contortionists and acrobats
-ghosts

anything, from books to movies to Discovery Channel specials and t-shirts that have to do with these things, if it's around, i will stop what i'm doing to pay close attention to it!

i also love to write, i write on everything and about almost everything. i keep journals upon journals of poems, random thoughts, fanfics, a few short stories. i've been writing as far back as i can remember, my mom even has a picture of me at about two or three years old asleep on the floor surrounded by paper and still clutching a pencil. my other hobbies include staring up at the ceiling fan of my bedroom, swimming, and reading movie and television transcripts on the internet, to memorize quotes to use at appropriate times (currently, i'm trying to find the right time to say "why don't you translate, and i'll wave the gun around?" from Atlantis: The Lost Empire).

Animation interest: my interest in animation is multi-faceted. some movies and shows i love because they are hilarious, well animated, creative, intelligent, or any combination of these things. but then there are some characters that my interest in them is purely sexual, yes, sexual! there are characters i am more attracted to than i am to most humans in the world! what's really strange is that in regards to real life, i am only attracted to women, but i am "bisexual" in regards to animated characters.

I am probably crazy. Not only do i have a habbit of falling in love with cartoon characters but i highly encourage others to do so as well.

I've an on-going comic book that I was first inspired to draw in 1990 after I realized who Rob Paulsen was. The main character of my comics/ drawings/ stories is a guy by the name of "Acrylick Turpentine Peroxide" and I've always known that if I coould choose one voice for him, It would be that of Mr. Paulsen.

I am an avid fan of animation of all sorts. I like anime, and am getting more into it as time goes by. But my very favorite source of animated entertainment lies in the work of the folks at Disney. I love Disney with all of my heart and soul. Some people think I'm kinda dorky for holding this affinity, but to them I say, "Shame on you! Go play with your inner child!!" lol. But seriously. When I go to Disney World, any of the 4 parks that is, I get this giddy happy feeling that just doesnt leave me! That same happiness continues when I am at home watching Disney movies. I also like TV animation. My very favorite animated TV show is Invader Zim. If you havent seen it yet, you really should, because you're missing out on the single most hilarious animated show to ever hit Nickelodeon, or any other station. We owe it all to the wonderous and strange mind of Jhonen Vasquez. I could go on forever...

But I wont. ;)

My hobbies include going to Disney whenever I can, going to concerts, hanging out, drawing, writing, creating... I make all sorts of things. I make dolls and toys mostly. If you give me random objects and a tube of super glue, you'd better watch out, because I may just create a new Frankenstein! Everything I know about creativity, I learned from my Grandmother, who always was to be found sewing, quilting, crafting... her hands were always busy, ever since I could remember. As far as my drawing skill, I am for the most part self-taught.
I also collect Pez dispensers!

Animation interest: My favorite animation style, I have to say, is Stop-motion animation. Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" is my very favorite animated movie, because I just love to watch the puppets come to life. Its absolutely amazing to me.

One last thing I would like to say is that I don't beleive there is such a thing as being the world' s best artist. We all draw with our own uniqe style and way of seeing things. So if you're a professional art person, don't bad mouth the amatures. We were all drawing stick people at one point in our lives.

WELL, I'm Nakoma, and I've met many a friends in this big happy family. :) BUT, Lord Jessikahn and Lord Audrey Ramirez (my sister) are the two I 'hang out' with the most :). See, we RP A LOT and we clog the chats. WOO-HOO FOR US! My sister and I have a large shrine to Toy Story 2 in our room, but The Road To El Dorado has got to be our favorite movie. Interests ~Okay, here we go again. I love to RP, the down right MESSED UP things in life and RTED. See, ahehehee I have a thing for native girls or SOMETHING cause my favorite three girls in any animated movie are: Chicha (The Emperor's New Groove), Nakoma (Pochahontas), and of course Chel (The Road To El Dorado) :)! Oh yeah! Oh yes.

Oh yay, another opportunity to write a bio and scare random people!! LOL Well, at the moment, I am really hyper (a usual state for me). I'm a writer, who currently has about 15 projects in progress/in thinking/trying to get published. I'm also an actress, and if someday I am able to write a movie and then star in it, I will be the happiest camper in the world. :-) (I have done one short screenplay that would be best animated, but since it's based heavily on The Forgotten Forest of Oz comic and was done earlier on as general practice, I can't market it, darnit. Must try for animated works again soon. *babbling again, pause) Anyway. Other random facts- I'm a short brunette with a penchant for eating junk food and staying up till all hours watching movies and talking with friends (in 'reality' or online... the two merge a bit in my world).
